| Notes: | Kawana Island is a recent release in the very large Kawana Residential Development on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland. There is a heavy empthasis on timber in the landscaping. The original deck design was modified to incorporate external timber decking systems by Outdoor Structures Australia. The timber bollards follow our recommendations for detailing heart centre timber as shown in our External Timber Note on the Correct use of Heart in Hardwood |
