The deck at Bluewater was designed by Howard Dickerson of Flanagans Consulting Group. Howard followed our Boardwalk Design Guides closely and consulted with OSA about detailing. His careful attention to detail has resulted in setting a standard that will be difficult to surpass. We offer any and all consultants the same level of assistance. Construction was by Contrast Construction one of our approved installers. It pays to deal with specialists.

Some important features of this deck are:

• The use of special hardware which means this structure will never need tightening. This is an unseen but important component that ensures a long and stable operational life;
• Deckwood, only available from OSA;
• Pre-oiled decking and joists; and…
• Premature degradation is eliminated through dampcourses, wide joists, and staggered screw lines.
