The prestigious Emerald Lakes Residential Community is one of the largest and varied master planned developments in Australia. The development, built on the old international raceway site at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast covers 210 Hectares and by time of completion of the 8th stage will have 1600 homes. The development is next door to the Emerald Lakes Golf Course and has linked golf buggy paths for the keen golfer. This is a remarkable project incorporates extensive facilities and natural features including waterways and parklands which are all part of the master plan.
